WHERE IS MY ITEM?

GIOVANNI MALACHI PARTNERS WITH GLOBAL MERCHANTS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE YOU THE BEST PRICES AND A UNIQUE GLOBAL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.

This means that part of your order may ship from global areas such as China, Thailand, Australia and Singapore etc. Items shipped from our global warehouse may take up to 10 - 30 business days for delivery due to customs and other circumstances. If your tracking doesn’t show the most up to date status, please do not panic, it will update and your package will be in your hand for you to enjoy Big Bag's Shopping global experience.

HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO SHIP ITEMS?

We will ship items to you within 1-2 working days after cleared payment.

WHO PAYS CUSTOM CHARGES?

If the customer's country or region charges fees like import tariff, value added tax, customs handling fees, etc, the customer will have to bear the charge(s). The fees will be collected by the Post Office or courier service provider of the customer's country or region. In case the delivery of an order is delayed due to customs, we bear no responsibility in this circumstances. We do not issue any proof of export documents, such as proof of country of origin, or export visas.

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our policy lasts 14 days.

The items must be in their original condition, we must be informed before sending items back. Simply contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will provide returns instructions. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We do not exchange items. Free or promotional items are not eligible for a refund. Shipping cost on promotional or sale items is non refundable.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bigbagshopping.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
